A delegation of the Lao government headed by Lao Deputy Prime Minister Somsavath Lengsavad paid a working visit to PetroVietnam on Sept 27 2014.
At the meeting, Lao Deputy Prime Minister Somsavath Lengsavad was highly appreciation the development of PetroVietnam . He also noted the result of the meeting with Vietnam government to boot the comprehensive co-operative between the two countries. Concerning the PetroVietnam’s project, he informed that Lao government are trying do best with relative sides to foster Luang Prabang project which is invested by PetroVietnam Power Corporation ( PV Power) .
From the PetroVietrnam , Mr Nguyen Quoc Khanh Deputy President reaffirmed that accelerate the comprehensive co-operative between the two countries. He also expected the Lao Government to create favourable conditions to PetroVietnam to invest long term in Laos, particularly the PetroVietnam Power Corporation (PV Power), which is investing in building Luang Prabang hydroelectric power plant in Laos.
From the PV Power , Mr Nguyen Huy Quang CEO reported the Luang Prabang’s project and the caused of delaying its .
