PV Power Ca Mau successfully held a 2025 labourers’ conference and a meeting on November 28 to summarise Party work, production, and commercial activities for this year, as well as to deploy the 2025 strategy. This helped to expedite the early completion of PV Power Ca Mau's production plan.

The meeting outlined and thoroughly assessed every facet of the business's operations, with every goal surpassing the year’s plan. The business faced several challenging circumstances in 2024, including implementing power market bidding according to the prepaid gas recovery target as well as in line with output, revenue, and profit targets.

The operation of generators affected by limited transmission capacity and the emphasis placed on renewable energy power facilities were additional difficulties. Despite these challenges, PV Power Ca Mau has achieved noteworthy successes that amply illustrate the staff’s spirit of unity and solidarity with the motto "One team - One goal" and their efforts to overcome obstacles in order to maintain safe operation and effective management.

The accomplishments of PV Power Ca Mau not only show its successful management efforts, but also the prompt, close, and effective leadership of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) and Vietnam Oil and Gas Power Corporation (PV Power) leaders throughout the company's operations. PV Power Ca Mau has therefore been able to optimise its operations, maintenance, repair, production, and trading with the help of the National Electricity System and Market Operation Company Limited (NSMO), the Electricity Power Trading Company (EPTC), and other entities within the Ca Mau Gas-Power-Fertilizer Complex.

PV Power Ca Mau will continue to guarantee the efficient functioning of Ca Mau Power Plants 1 and 2 by the end of the year. Simultaneously, it will aim to produce 5.86/5.44 billion kWh of electricity this year, thereby accounting for 108% of the plan. This will serve to ensure production and business efficiency towards the highest completion of assigned targets and tasks, which in turn will positively impact PV Power's overall results and lay the groundwork for the tasks to be successfully implemented in 2025.
