Chairman of Board of Director of PV Power Mr. HoCong Ky Mr. Ho Cong Ky was Chief of Labour's Union ofPetroVietnam before being appointed as Chairmanof Board of Director of PV Power by Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD) of PetroVietnam.
