The ceremony took place on 3 August and was attended by senior executives from Petrovietnam, including Pham Tuan Anh, a member of the Petrovietnam Board of Members; Trinh Tuan Anh, deputy head of the Human Resources Management Department; Dang Thi Ha Chau, deputy head of the Party Committee Organisation Department; and representatives of the Group’s functional divisions. Nguyen Van Tu, president of the Vietnam Petroleum Institute, was also in attendance.
Representing PV Power were Hoang Van Quang, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Board of Directors; Le Nhu Linh, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president & CEO; members of the Party Standing Committee, the Board of Directors, the Executive Board, and the Supervisory Board; representatives of the corporation’s socio-political organisations; heads of departments and offices; and executives of subsidiary and affiliated units who joined the ceremony via videoconference from locations across the country.
At the ceremony, Nguyen Manh Hieu, head of PV Power’s Organisation and Human Resources Department, announced the decision of the corporation’s Board of Directors to approve the retirement of Nguyen Hoang Yen, a member of the Board of Directors of PV Power.

Speaking on behalf of Petrovietnam’s leadership, Tuan Anh congratulated Anh Minh on being entrusted with his new responsibility. He highlighted Anh Minh’s long-standing contributions, professional expertise, and extensive industry experience throughout his career, describing them as a solid foundation for him to effectively fulfil his role as Petrovietnam’s capital representative at PV Power.

Tuan Anh emphasised that PV Power must continue to solidify its position as one of Petrovietnam's core businesses at a time when the energy sector is navigating both significant opportunities and mounting challenges. He therefore called on the corporation to deepen corporate governance reform, enhance operational and commercial efficiency, sharpen its competitive edge, and accelerate the energy transition in line with sustainable development goals.

Additionally, she expressed confidence in PV Power's future development strategy and stated her wish that the company's employees and leadership continue to be united, innovative, and creative in carrying out their duties and promoting the company's sustainable growth.
