Learning to clarify theoretical and practical basis of the resolutions of the 8th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, 11th Tenure

To disseminate and implement the resolutions of the 8th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, 11th Tenure, on 14 March, 2014 in Hanoi city,  the PV Power’s Party Committee organized a seminar on solutions to effectively implement the resolutions of the 8th Plenumof the Party Central Committee, 11th Tenure.
