As chairman, Hoang Van Quang complimented Vuong The Luc for gaining the trust bestowed upon him by this significant appointment during his remarks designating the new position. He stressed that in order to successfully complete assigned tasks and support PV Power's sustainable development, Mr Luc should promptly become acquainted with his new role, make the most of his knowledge, experience, and sense of responsibility, whilst closely collaborating with the Executive Board and Board of Management.

Before his appointment, Mr Luc served as deputy head of Human Resources Governance at Petrovietnam. With his extensive background in human resource management, he is anticipated to contribute significantly to corporate governance and operations, all of which will help to enhance PV Power's operational effectiveness and competitiveness going forward.
