The signing ceremony took place in Hanoi on November 22, 2024. Based on the shared vision of sustainable development, as well as the spirit of companionship, support, and synergy of Vietnamese brands, PV Power and Vingroup will give priority to using each other's goods and services in order to optimise potential, boost productivity, and make each party more competitive.
With its expertise in the energy sector, PV Power will strive to investigate energy-saving and green electricity supply options for Vingroup whilst creating coherent strategies to sell and provide electricity to the conglomerate and its member units at competitive prices. Meanwhile, Vingroup will set up the optimum conditions for PV Power to carry out research and install rooftop solar power systems at the infrastructure, offices, and factories managed by Vingroup and its member companies, as well as in Vinhomes urban areas around the nation.
The network of charging stations for VinFast electric cars has grown steadily in recent years thanks to the establishment of the V-GREEN Company, which specialises in building infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations, and creative commercial strategies like the franchise charging station model. PV Power and its associates will manufacture and provide premium, cost-effective equipment to V-GREEN Company, the producer of Vigroup charging stations. It plans to create a network of 1,000 EV charging stations between 2025 and 2030. This network will be passed to V-GREEN for further research and development in order to better serve customers.
