PV Power’s prestigious recognition was announced at a ceremony held in Hanoi on November 29 by the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
The CSI (Corporate Sustainability Index) Award is the most prestigious award in the country, with a rigorous and regularly updated evaluation system based on international commitments and the nation's legal framework. The goal of the award is to recognise companies that are in the forefront of developing sustainable growth plans while simultaneously encouraging accountability and transparency in business and production practices.
The 2024 Top 100 Sustainable Businesses were chosen by analysing 153 key metrics, with an emphasis on things like putting in place sound corporate governance procedures, adhering to environmental regulations, responding to climate change, and having strong internal communication skills. Furthermore, budgetary and human resource allocation, as well as policies pertaining to customer interactions, social community, and human resources, can all be viewed as essential components of the evaluation process.
PV Power was honoured to be listed among Vietnam's Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises after exceeding numerous stringent evaluation criteria. For the fifth consecutive year, PV Power has received this esteemed award, which acknowledges the corporation’s exceptional work in sustaining strong growth momentum, making the most of its human resources, and successfully carrying out sustainable development initiatives.
