PV POWER RECEIVES THE ORDER OF LABOUR ON THE 5TH ANNIVESARY CELEBRATION.

On May 17 2012 Petrovietnam Power Corporation ( PV Power ) has formally celebrated its 5th anniversary of corporation’s foundation and presented with awards of Order of Labour from the Government.

Participating and witnessing this event were HE. Nguyen Xuan Phuc Politburo member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) , Mr. Le Duong Quang Deputy Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade ; Mr Nguyen Van Ngoc Deputy Head of Central Communist Party of Business and representative of Central Steering Committee for Emulation and Reward ; leaders of Vietnam Oil & Gas Group, Petrovietnam Power Corporation and former leaders of Petrovietnam Power Corporation were present to cheerfully congratulate to the ceremony.

Over 5 years since establishment, under bright leadership of Party , State and concerned authorities ; under direct leadership of Petrovietnam’s Party Committee and constant effort of the whole Petrovietnam Power Corporation’s staff . PV Power has seen only strong and sustainable growth. It’s became a 2nd electricity manufacturer and supplier in Vietnam with total power production equivelant to 15% of production of the whole country to ensure the national power security

At the ceremony, Mr Nguyen Xuan Phuc – Deputy Prime Minister has commended the Petrovietnam Power Corporation’s leader and staff on their efforts, great contribution to the national energy security and the social welfare .

He has also expressed his desire in having the contribution from the management team of Petrovietnam Power Corporation to speed up the project in the Prime Minister’s approval of the National Electricity Development Plan (Electricity Plan VII) ; to joint the competitive power generating market and also focus on developing the renewable energy , green energy firmly.

At the ceremony , Petrovietnam Power Corporation and individuals have received the Order of Labour and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister for their outstanding achievements as well as their great contributions to the development of Petrovietnam in general and of Petrovietnam Power Corporation in particular.
